Progression- Window Configuration


 workshop: light penetrating the space to create necessary shade on the north corner of this building.
hotel: maximizing the views of the waterfront from the hotel space as well as skylights toward the rooms closer to the land.

    I think the logic behind your fenestration concepts is strong, and the image of the birch tree made me think about the peeling - could this be incorporated - shades, screens, awnings.... the facade is starting to do this through the openings and solids. I think you will need to look at materials this week.
